Samsung Led Wallet Cover Note 8 Not Working

When i heard that i took out my led cover with purchase receipt whig still have 2 month warranty.

Samsung led wallet cover note 8 not working.

Should i just buy a new case. Edge lighting not working galaxy note 20 ultra in note20. I got the led wallet case for my galaxy s8 about 5 months ago and when i did a system update on my phone the led notification 297685 5. In my case my wife has the same cover in a differant color that does work.

I also have the same issue with my note 8. They told me 12 month. It does not react to anything anymore. Then they told me it is only 3 month warranty.

The led cover was working perfectly until i did the update today. Samsung galaxy active watch stopped working in other mobile devices yesterday. I have just brought a new note 9 with led case same problem as the s8 note 8 s9 and now note 9 samsung will not acknowledge the problem so no fix will be fourth coming shame really. The led is not working even i try to use it on my other friends note 8.

What i suspect is that even though it is using nfc to send the data to the cover there must be a battery in the cover that is now dead. Known issue and samsung is refusing to admit it. I haver tried rebooting in many different ways. That s not a cheap cover. With nfc on or off in safe mode with the cover on or with the cover off but nothing helps. It detects themes when i place it in the holder but no digital display on cover.
